Finally finished this! i never took so long for drawing something i like for a long time. i spent about 15 hours on this and im very satisfied after its done. hopefully u will all like it cause this is my tribute for Heath Ledger for his great performance in the Dark Knight that will be remembered forever. this was painted in Photoshop and i will post the steps after this. it was painted over the outline sketch that i posted before this.
