Hey, finally i got something nice to post.. haha. i forgot about this one.

this is not a very original work from me because it is a practice i have done a few months back on background drawing. i was studying from the Totoro animation art book and i chose to copy this as a practice to study the painting technique and colours from the animation master Miyazagi, my favourite animation director.

the animation Totoro has lots of beautiful scenery and this was one of them. its not exactly the same as the original but i tried to paint it in a way that is similar to it in the overal feeling.

painted this in Corel Painter using the gouache tool. the original painting from Totoro was a traditional painting. and i guess it has more details than mine:P they paint every single piece of freakin leaf man! i dont have the patience to do that.. haha!

hope u'll like it!

Yeşilden doğma siyahtan bozma küçük bir yapraktım
Düştüğüm her omza küçükte olsa bir umut yaşattım
Avuçlarında saklandım bir yandan da sarardım
Umutla dolu dolapta öldüm ben bir hayli tozlandım
Excellent and its not blurry looks more like a vector style...tres cool
